- Which screen you were on, and what you pressed.어느 화면에서 뭘 눌렀는지.
- What you expected — and what actually happened instead.뭘 기대했는데 실제로 뭐가 벌어졌는지.
- Android or Windows, and the app version (Settings → About).Android인지 Windows인지, 앱 버전(설정 → 정보).
- A screenshot, if it's something you can see.눈에 보이는 문제라면 스크린샷 한 장.
