Dalfocal 개인정보 처리방침

Dalfocal은 로컬 퍼스트 칸반·프로젝트 관리 앱입니다. 계정이나 서버 없이 사용할 수 있으며, Google 로그인·동기화·Gitea 연동은 사용자가 선택할 때만 동작합니다.

1. 처리 주체와 연락처

Dalfocal의 개인정보 처리 주체는 DEVELOPER_NAME입니다.

2. 기본 원칙

  • 프로젝트, 보드, 카드, 노트, 할 일, 메모, 댓글, 첨부파일 및 앱 설정은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
  • 로컬 기능 사용에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.
  • 현재 앱에는 광고 SDK나 사용 행태 분석·추적 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
  • 사용자가 선택적으로 Google 로그인, 동기화 서버 또는 Gitea를 연결한 경우에만 관련 데이터가 외부 서비스로 전송됩니다.

3. 처리하는 데이터

Google 로그인(선택) Google 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL 연결된 계정 표시 및 향후 계정 기반 기능 제공에 사용합니다. 프로필 정보는 기기의 보안 저장소에 저장하며, Google ID 토큰은 현재 인증 흐름 중에만 사용하고 영구 저장하지 않습니다.
동기화 서버(선택) 무작위 기기 식별자, 변경 순서 정보, 사용자가 동기화한 프로젝트·카드·콘텐츠·설정 및 10MB 이하 첨부파일 사용자가 직접 지정한 동기화 서버로 전송하여 여러 기기 사이의 변경사항을 맞춥니다.
Gitea 연동(선택) Gitea 서버 URL, 개인 액세스 토큰(PAT), 사용자·저장소·이슈·브랜치 정보 및 사용자가 전송한 이슈 제목·본문 사용자가 지정한 Gitea 서버와 저장소를 연결하기 위해 사용합니다. PAT는 기기의 보안 저장소에 보관합니다.
백업·내보내기 사용자가 백업에 포함한 앱 데이터와 첨부파일 사용자가 선택한 위치 또는 앱의 로컬 백업 폴더에 저장합니다. 자동 백업은 기본적으로 최근 10개를 유지합니다.

4. 외부 서비스와 데이터 공유

Dalfocal은 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다음 서비스는 사용자가 해당 기능을 선택한 경우에만 데이터를 처리합니다.

  • Google: Google 로그인 인증. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.
  • 사용자 지정 동기화 서버: 서버 운영자가 데이터 처리자가 되며, 보관·보안·삭제 조건은 해당 운영 정책의 영향을 받습니다.
  • 사용자 지정 Gitea 서버: 저장소 및 이슈 연동. 서버 운영자의 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
  • 운영체제 제공자: Android 또는 Windows의 보안 저장소, 파일 선택기와 앱 저장소를 사용합니다.

5. 보관과 삭제

  • 로컬 앱 데이터는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱 데이터 초기화·앱 제거를 할 때까지 기기에 남습니다.
  • Google 프로필 정보는 앱에서 Google 연결을 해제하면 보안 저장소에서 삭제됩니다.
  • Gitea PAT는 연결 해제 또는 토큰 삭제 시 보안 저장소에서 삭제됩니다.
  • 자동 백업은 기본적으로 최근 10개를 남기며, 사용자가 내보낸 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 삭제할 때까지 선택한 위치에 남습니다.
  • 사용자 지정 동기화·Gitea 서버에 전송된 데이터의 삭제는 해당 서버 운영자에게 요청하거나 서버에서 직접 수행해야 할 수 있습니다.
  • 현재 Dalfocal 로컬 사용에는 별도의 Dalfocal 계정이 없으므로 계정 삭제 절차가 필요하지 않습니다. 향후 공식 계정 서비스를 도입하면 이 방침과 삭제 절차를 먼저 갱신합니다.

6. 보안

  • Google 프로필과 Gitea PAT는 운영체제가 제공하는 보안 저장소에 저장합니다.
  • 사용자가 지정한 Gitea 서버에는 HTTPS 사용을 권장합니다.
  • 현재 베타 동기화는 애플리케이션 수준의 종단간 암호화를 제공하지 않으며, 전송 보안은 사용자가 지정한 서버와 네트워크 구성에 따라 달라집니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 서버와 안전한 네트워크에서만 사용해야 합니다.
  • 로컬 데이터베이스와 내보낸 백업은 기기 또는 저장 위치 자체의 보안에 의존할 수 있으므로, 민감한 정보는 기기 암호화와 접근 통제가 적용된 위치에 보관할 것을 권장합니다.

7. 이용자의 선택과 권리

사용자는 Google 또는 Gitea 연결을 해제하고, 개별 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 백업을 내보내거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리 또는 삭제에 관한 문의는 CONTACT_EMAIL로 보낼 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

Dalfocal은 아동을 대상으로 설계된 서비스가 아니며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 사실을 알게 되면 문의 채널을 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 방침 변경

앱의 데이터 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 배포 페이지를 통해 알릴 수 있습니다.

Dalfocal Privacy Policy

Dalfocal is a local-first kanban and project management app. It works without an account or server. Google Sign-In, synchronization, and Gitea integration operate only when enabled by the user.

1. Controller and contact

The developer and data controller is DEVELOPER_NAME. Privacy inquiries: CONTACT_EMAIL.

2. Data handled by Dalfocal

  • Local content: workspaces, projects, boards, cards, notes, tasks, memos, comments, labels, settings, selected files, and local backups remain on the device by default.
  • Optional Google Sign-In: Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile photo URL. The saved profile is kept in platform secure storage; the Google ID token is not persisted.
  • Optional synchronization: a random device ID, change metadata, synchronized content and settings, and embedded attachments up to 10 MB are sent to the server configured by the user.
  • Optional Gitea integration: server URL, personal access token, account/repository/issue/branch information, and issue content submitted by the user. The token is stored in platform secure storage.
  • Dalfocal currently contains no advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDK.

3. Purpose and sharing

Data is used only to provide the selected app, authentication, synchronization, backup, and repository features. Dalfocal does not sell personal data. Google, a user-configured sync server, a user-configured Gitea server, and the operating system provider process data only as needed for the features the user chooses, under their respective policies.

4. Retention and deletion

  • Local data remains until deleted in the app, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
  • Disconnecting Google removes the saved Google profile from secure storage. Removing the Gitea token removes it from secure storage.
  • Automatic local backups retain the latest 10 copies by default. Exported backups remain until the user deletes them.
  • Deletion of data sent to a user-configured sync or Gitea server may need to be performed on, or requested from, that server.
  • Dalfocal currently has no mandatory Dalfocal account. If an official account service is introduced, this policy and an account deletion process will be published before launch.

5. Security

Account profile data and Gitea tokens use platform secure storage. HTTPS is recommended for Gitea. The current beta sync protocol does not provide application-level end-to-end encryption; transport security depends on the server and network configured by the user. Local databases and exported backups may depend on device and storage security.

6. Children and changes

Dalfocal is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data. This policy will be updated before material data-handling changes, with the last-updated date revised accordingly.
